Three days of photography covering passenger lifestyle, scenic exteriors, rail bike coverage, depot and signage, employee portraits, McCaysville and Copperhill layover, and the Blue Ridge Trout Festival and Trout Trot 5K.

Thursday, April 23 · Rail Bikes, Depot & Car Classes 76°F / 5% rain · Sunrise 6:55am · Sunset 8:16pm

9:15 AM	Arrive Depot — Meet Rachel / Rail Bike Tours Meet Rachel at depot. Confirm 10am ride and 2pm shoot positions. Scout all car classes — open air, closed coach, premier, caboose — for updated shots.
10:00 AM	Rail Bike Ride — Experience Coverage Ride the 10am excursion. Riders toward/past camera, side profile motion, POV forward, pedal and handlebar details, rider reactions, guide interactions. Vertical and horizontal versions of all key shots.
~11:30 AM	Depot — Car Classes, Signage & Clean Exteriors Updated shots of each car class including caboose interior with guests. Train parked at depot, signage, logos, wheels, mechanical details. Clean shots with fewer people around.
1:15 PM	Stage for 2PM Rail Bike Exterior Shoot Position at pre-identified stops along the route for exterior coverage of the 2pm departure.
2:00 PM	Rail Bike Excursion — Exterior & Drone Coverage Shoot from pre-staged positions. Drone: rail bikes visible from above. Ground: riders in motion with scenery. Guide interaction and group dynamics.
7:31–8:16 PM	Evening Golden Hour — Depot, Signage & Staff Portraits Locomotive at the crossing in authentic evening light. Trout Fest signage near depot. GM and staff portraits near train. Last light 8:42pm.

Friday, April 24 · Train Ride, Drone Scouting & Exteriors 74°F / 5% rain · Sunrise 6:53am · Sunset 8:16pm

6:53am (Tent.)	Morning Golden Hour — Depot Aerial & Exterior Tentative — drone aerial of depot yard and downtown. Ground-level locomotive in early light. First light 6:27am.
9:00 AM	Pre-Departure — Platform & Boarding Coverage Families arriving, ticket purchasing, boarding, finding seats. Passengers posing in front of train. Track Snacks trailer. Candid and directed moments.
Train Dep. 10:00 AM	4-Hour Excursion — On-Train Coverage & Drone Scouting Passengers at windows, window reflections with scenery, food and drinks with scenery outside, conductor interactions. Confirm drone locations along Toccoa River corridor during McCaysville layover.
11:00 AM	McCaysville / Copperhill — Layover & Drone Scout Blue Line, steel truss bridge, Riverwalk Shops. Scout and confirm exterior drone positions for Saturday. Rachel available for route scouting pickup if needed.
Afternoon	Blue Ridge Town & Depot Clean Shots Downtown Blue Ridge shops, dining, street atmosphere. Clean depot exterior shots. Gift shop wide shots and people browsing. Sara arrives this evening.
7:32–8:16 PM	Evening Golden Hour — Depot & Town Locomotive and depot in evening light. Outdoor lifestyle around town. Last light 8:43pm.

Saturday, April 25 · Trout Fest, On-Train & Drone 69°F / 45% rain · Sunrise 6:52am · Sunset 8:17pm

Early AM	Trout Fest Social Reel — Dave & Sara Short social reel of early Trout Fest activity for same-day post. Wide shots for future promotion. Drone aerial of festival if airspace permits. Trout Fest signage near depot.
9:00 AM	Pre-Departure — Platform Lifestyle & Staff Portraits Families, children at train, conductor interactions, boarding. GM and staff portraits near train and depot.
10:00 AM	4-Hour Excursion — Sara & Group On-Train / Dave Positions Sara and group: interior lifestyle, concessions (drinks, snacks, hands interacting), mothers with children, caboose with guests, selfies, candid laughter. Dave: pre-stage for exterior drone passes.
11:00 AM	McCaysville / Copperhill — 2-Hour Layover Sara: Blue Line, bridge, Riverwalk, Toccoa-Ocoee Street. Candid and clean smiling shots per group.
2:00–3:00 PM	Trout Fest Coverage — Dave & Sara Vendors, fly-fishing demos, activity zone, food court, beer garden. Live music stage builds at 3pm.
Train Dep. 3:00 PM	Dave — Drone Exterior Only / Sara Explores Blue Ridge Multiple altitude passes: low, mid, high. Tracking shots pacing the train. River corridor, bridge crossings, overhead of train on route.
6:30–8:17 PM	Trout Trot 5K & Evening Golden Hour — McCaysville Runners crossing the steel truss bridge over the Toccoa River. Bridge, river backdrop, finish line energy in golden hour light. Last light 8:44pm.
